AVALON BOARDING ACADEMY
At Avalon there are four years before graduating. During those four years or however long they attend the academy, the student is expected to follow the curriculum as an average high school while also learning to function in their units and harness their connections. If a student doesn't demonstrate proper knowledge of working in an unit or passing their more "average" classes, they may be retained.

Avalon also as a uniform policy. Gray slacks for boys and a gray skirt for girls. Boys are required to wear black shoes, while girls are to wear black shoes as well with black socks. A white button up shirt/blouse is the mandatory top. During the cooler days, a tan hoodie is supplied for boys and a sweater for the girls. There is a usual pale turquoise blazer that is given to the students. It is required to be worn if the hoodie/sweater is not being worn. To distinguish the sacrifices from fighters, they have different colored ties or ribbon pin-ups (for the girls). Sacrifices wear red ones, while fighters wear black ones. The odd uniform is easily recognized by many on the island.
