magnolia park this big park is very open, though there are a few trees here and there. there's a small playground for little kids and picnic tables for lunches. a track stretches around the park for both biking and walking. |

southview hospital southview hospital is well known for its amazing hospice staff and medical breakthroughs. the large hospital isn't nearly as intimidating as it looks, though the stark white walls are atypical to something seen on a movie screen. |

st. rosa public schools since not everyone is a fighter or sacrifice ( or perhaps some just don't want to attend avalon or aren't old enough ) st. rosa public schools is a connection of buildings that are each an elementary, middle and high school respectively. the high school isn't very populated though, considering that many are enrolled at avalon. |

University of Clearwater UCW, the University of Clearwater, is the island's top notch college. It's located further away from the other public schools, but still within walking distance. The campus is very large. |
