[classy=table] [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,5,true, bTable][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][rs=1] | [classy=randomspace]JACK r. STONE THIS IS JACK. SHE'S SEVENTEEN, SHADILY INVESTED, AND NOT INCREDIBLY NICE. THAT'S ABOUT ALL ONE REALLY NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT HER. THAT'S PROBABLY ALL SHE'LL TELL YOU ANYWAYS. DON'T TAKE IT TOO PERSONALLY; IT'S JUST THAT SHE MOST LIKELY DOESN'T LIKE YOU AS A PERSON. |
[/style][/classy][/td][/tr][TR][td][cs=2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=background,http://i52.tinypic.com/1zchgub.png][atrb=width,306,true][atrb=height,110,true][bg=e2e2e2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] mateships Contrary to the majority popular opinion, Jack isn't severely allergic to human contact. She's not shy. She does like to socialize, though in a different manner and less frequently, and she does enjoy company. People of substance (read: anyone with something interesting to say) will find that it isn't difficult to connect with Jack on a personal basis. Once it's been understood that she needs her own time and space, that is. She manages semi-close acquaintances here and there, but they certainly aren't something she would be sad to lose. At most, she might have a single confidante that she feels a personal attachment to. ACQUAINTANCES ☆ BICKER BUDDIES ☆ CONFIDANTES [/td][/tr][TR][td][cs=2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=background,http://i52.tinypic.com/1zchgub.png][atrb=width,306,true][atrb=height,110,true][bg=e2e2e2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] hateships She's a passive world observer (read: her part-time job is judging you), and most find her offhand commentary to be rude, crass, sarcastic (this is a crowd favorite), and, of course, unnecessary. She sets up traps in the hallways for the very specific purpose of tripping those who run while she's on duty. She has an amazing aptitude for finding things to be pissed off about and she holds grudges like all hell. Petty jealousies and hatreds aren't foreign to her and her competitive streak is almost as large as her ego. In summation, Jacqueline Stone is not a nice girl. She also brandishes a steel bat at most if not all times. Fight her. ATHLETIC RIVALS ☆ NE'ER-DO-WELLS TO TRIP ☆ PERSONAL IRRITATIONS [/td][/tr][TR][td][cs=2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=background,http://i52.tinypic.com/1zchgub.png][atrb=width,306,true][atrb=height,110,true][bg=e2e2e2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] dateships HAHAHA. Impossible. Those are human emotions. In Jack's universe, you are just a name, one of thousands anonymously coexisting for no reason. With that pervasive mindset, she conducts a relationship the way one might expect a deaf double-amputee might conduct a symphony—poorly. She's unsentimental and noncommittal and for the most part she only shows a marginal interest in other members of the species. Not immune to small crushes, however, she seems to be most attracted to the unattainable and her (minimal) efforts are almost never requited. This may be because they're heterosexual women or homosexual men, but jury's still out on that.
UNREQUITED CRUSHES (ON JACK OR FROM HER) ☆ CUDDLE BUDDY [/td][/tr][TR][td][cs=2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=background,http://i52.tinypic.com/1zchgub.png][atrb=width,306,true][atrb=height,110,true][bg=e2e2e2][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true] spaceships She does odd jobs, some legal and some not. But I think it'd be interesting to have someone blackmail her over one of them, either as payback or because of opportunity. Other than that, she could probably use a sacrifice, though as a zero she doesn't have one specifically (if she ever had a 'true name', she doesn't share it with another person anymore). No family, no finals. Beyond those two things, she's open to everything but the kitchen sink. I figure since these two are both on the discipline committee, we're obligated to establish something between them. Lamely, however, I really have no idea how Jack will take Dahlia at all. She is the detached, rough around the edges sort that Dahlia tends to take interest in, though I kind of feel like any instances of hovering and the like that could occur as a result might simply piss Jack off. If nothing else, tolerant acquaintances or something thereabouts?[/style]

Dahlia is pretty, that's all that matters to Jack. With Dahlia, it'd be interesting: on the one hand, Jack doesn't particularly cultivate feelings of camaraderie, but she doesn't mind having people around. Especially if they aren't chatty. So as long as Dahlia isn't constantly present, Jack wouldn't mind her much if she decided to just hover or some such. And she's sort of like Jack's boss, so at the very least she won't hate her (why do a job you aren't paid for if you hate your boss, after all). And Dahlia's a good student, whereas Jack is...adequate. Maybe study buddies? Project partners? Just ideas to get them to talk.

jack and nike neeeeed to be anti-social bffls. so i'm offering nike up as a confidante--he's chill (and can act as a mediator when she's wielding the metal bat of doom), can make intelligent conversation, and hey. they can respect each other's personal bubbles and anti-social needs once in a while.
nike is also super nice and selfless (though those aspects are usually overlooked by others) and can balance her out in those aspects. so yeah, he'll pick up stray kittens and shove them in her face. oh, nike is honest too and rarely lies. he can be one of the few to regularly know when she's compulsively lying. uhhh, for the most part nike isn't a fighter, but since she's one of the few he's close enough to to feel an emotional attachment, he's undyingly loyal and protective, if need be.
he'll also make her cupcakes. girls love cupcakes. B|
yes/no/maybe so?

Sounds like a plan to me. |D Birds of a feather flock together.
Being a zero, Jack doesn't exactly have (or necessarily want) the kind of close personal attachments most of her peers do. So I suppose whatever wayward buddy-buddy feels she has will be directed towards Nike, because he just seems to get her. He knows when she's lying, he can bring her down from a blind rage, and he respects her personal bubble which is more like a personal fortress but whatever. And he feeds her. That's just awesome. Jack's heart is directly connected to her stomach.
And so long as Nike's loyal to her, she'll return the favor. Listen to his problems, be his personal guard dog, so forth. She's kind of awkward, and she'll probably be the kind of girl that punches him in the arm when she doesn't know what to say but deep down she'd try to be an awesome friend. She'll even smuggle those kittens into her dorm and force him to help pay for their food because he brought them to her anyways.

Dahlia can get to talking, but I'm sure she would note Jack's disinterest pretty quick if it came to that. Normally that's something she'd take offense to, but Jack's interesting enough for the two of them, so. I'm thinking Dahlia would have to publicly frown on Jack's method of catching people on duty, which is something for them to talk about, though of course it's difficult not to find that pretty entertaining. But you're right! Dahlia prides herself on being a perfect student, and while she wouldn't offer to help or pair up with many people, I can see her being concerned with Jack's grades. It'd be the result of a misguided sense of responsibility relating the DC, but yes. That will work![/style]
