First and foremost, Joachim is tied to and in debt for a wealthy family that took him in as their butler. He lives with them as well as serves to protect, clean, and of course, cook whenever necessary. He doesn't exactly need his fighter right away, but I do want this position filled up soon. Joachim was already an adult when he was picked up off the streets and its very likely that Joachim told them enough of his history that they'd want to help him turn his life around. Of course, there would still be mysteries about him.
Your character is going to be like his master etc as expected, but if you have any ideas or you think your character fits this position please do post here. Obviously, I expect extensive plots between your character and him since it's important.
This also applies to questions. I'll be a bit picky, but bear with me. It's all for understandable reasons.

I'm actually looking into adding a few more relationships (not the romantic kind) to Katsumi's life as right now he is a loner who knows no one. I couldn't ignore an ad like this because these two could be perfect for each other, albeit I'm not sure if Katsumi is what you're looking for. In short he is a loner and stoic as issues with showing his emotions. He recently found his prostitute fighter and is not happy about it. As far as possible plotting it might be fun for Joachim to disapprove of such a low life as his masters fighter, or getting jealous of Katsumi suddenly fraternizing with others when he's always been rather dependent on Joachim. Well, I get ahead of myself. Katsumi is the CEO of a prestigious electronics company, inherited from his father. You can check out his application and let me know.
