okay. so. in some ways, jace and dahlia are pretty similar--they both have outwardly nice masks, they're both perfectionists and musicians--but i can really see them as rivals and enemies. for one, jace is a cellist and has a tendency to flirt (consciously or not), and so dahlia might get irritated that she's spending so much time with simon. another thing is, she's the vice-prez of the discipline committee. um, jace pretty much hates everyone on that committee so far. XD for example, the discipline committee president is her ex, and they're not exactly on good terms. at all. so, if you have any ideas for these two, let me know!

After seeing your post over on Simon's thread, I was worried about the possibility you'd suggest something friendly. Because, yeah—I definitely think these two would clash. For one, certainly over Simon. Though she shouldn't exactly express it, she won't at all take kindly to Jace being close to him. The fact Jace shares something with him that she doesn't will threaten her. And if Dahlia actually witnessed said flirtation, she would probably become quite catty indeed. I also feel like there'd be some measure of rivalry between the student council and discipline committee, at least in Dahlia's mind, which will only make things worse.
