He comes from a traditional military family; he's very formal and strict in his mannerisms. He's also very hard on himself, with difficulty in personal expression. While he isn't particularly good with making them, he's likely to stick to the end once he's made that connection. He tends to hold in his anger, and is very quiet. Plus there's still the whole stumpy wiggly tail issue. Ikki has a love plot with his partner, West Bouvier.
